We celebrated World Religion Day and the children produced some wonderful and thoughtful poems.
Through their RE learning, children explored how our communities are made up of people from many different cultures and beliefs. They reflected on what brings people together such as faith, hope, love, kindness and respect, as well as what can divide communities. The children considered messages from different faiths and worldviews about equality, compassion and challenging racism and intolerance.
The poems reflect the empathy, maturity and creativity shown by the children in every class and we are incredibly proud of how thoughtfully they engaged with these important themes.
