World Book Day
The children enjoyed a day of reading and fun book inspired activities on Thursday. The children looked wonderul in their costumes.
Prizes for the most original and interesting costumes were awarded to:

Year 6 – Daisy (Mr Wolf – The Bad Guys)
The children also enjoyed seeing the new books that have been bought for each classes reading corner.

The forecast is for colder weather next week. Please remember to send children to school with a warm coat for morning break and lunchtime.
Friends News
Friends will be holding a meeting next Thursday, 9 March @2.30pm in school to discuss plans for the Easter Fayre being held on 24 March. All parents are welcome to come along – new parents and new ideas for fundraising are always welcome. We hope to see you there.
Digital Parenting
Children will be bringing home a leaflet today for parents with information on how to navigate the unchartered waters of raising children against a backdrop of rapidly evolving technology. We hope you will find it useful.
