End of Half Term Message
As we come to the end of a very busy and exciting half term, I want to take a moment to reflect on all the wonderful learning and events that have taken place. The children have worked incredibly hard, showing great dedication and making excellent progress in their learning.
It has been particularly heart warming to hear children expressing their gratitude to staff, acknowledging the effort and care that goes into supporting them each day. A huge thank you to parents as well for their continued support at home and their positive collaboration with the school—your partnership is invaluable in ensuring the best for every child.
Today, the children have thoroughly enjoyed their class parties, celebrating all their hard work, as recognised in our recent SIAMS inspection report. Every class also met their target for class tokens and were rewarded with a well-earned movie time—a fantastic achievement!
As we look ahead to the next half of the spring term, we are excited for more learning, growth, and new opportunities.
Wishing all our children and families a restful and happy half-term break, and I look forward to welcoming everyone back to school on Monday 24th February.
Friends of Coalbrookdale Disco
The discos were a huge success. Thank you to all the children who came. It was lovely to see them dancing and having fun with their friends.
We raised over £400 which will be used to enhance the school experience for every child.

Friends of Coalbrookdale
The current committee is closing as of today 14th February 2025. After many years of event planning and organising we are stepping down. Anyone who would like to be involved should speak to Mrs Dhaliwal or the office staff.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our time with Friends and look forward to attending future events.
Many thanks
Jen, Ruth and Carolyn
