Complaints Procedure
At Coalbrookdale & Ironbridge C.E. Primary School, we value positive relationships with parents and carers. We aim to resolve concerns quickly, fairly and respectfully.
In the first instance, we encourage parents to speak directly to their child’s class teacher, as most concerns can be resolved informally. If a matter cannot be resolved at this stage, it may be referred to the Headteacher.
Where concerns remain unresolved, a formal complaints process is available, including review by the Interim Executive Board (IEB).
We ask that all communication remains respectful and constructive.
