Vision Statement
Jesus said: ‘Love each other as I have loved you’. John 15:12
Our school motto, ‘Living life in all its fullness’ is at the heart of everything we do and believe.
At Coalbrookdale & Ironbridge C.E Primary School, we aim to prepare the children in our care to become well-rounded members of society on their journey through school life and beyond.
Rooted in our Christian ethos, and guided by the teachings of love and compassion, our vision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is one of unwavering belief in every child’s potential.
We are a community that celebrates the God-given uniqueness of everyone, and we are committed to ensuring that all children – regardless of need – are nurtured, included, and empowered to flourish.
At the heart of our vision is a commitment to equity. We recognise that fairness is not about treating everyone the same but about ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive. Through inclusive practices, we remove barriers to learning and participation, enabling all pupils to access a rich, broad, and balanced curriculum.
We embrace diversity as a strength, recognising that our differences enrich our community. We foster a culture of compassion and respect, where every child is known, valued, and loved. In our school, pupils with SEND are not only supported; they are celebrated. Trust is the foundation of our relationships – with pupils, families, staff, and the wider community.
We work in partnership with all stakeholders, recognising that the success of our SEND provision is a shared responsibility. Every adult in our school plays a vital role in identifying needs early, implementing effective strategies, and maintaining high expectations for all learners.
We believe in the power of perseverance and resilience. We teach our children that challenges are opportunities for growth, and we support them in developing the confidence and courage to overcome obstacles. Our staff model these values daily, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and reflective practice.
Together, as a united and compassionate school family, we strive to create a learning environment where all children – especially those with SEND – can shine, grow in faith, and live life in all its fullness.

“Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.”
— Romans 15:7 (NIV
