Behaviour Update

As a school, we know how important it is that every child feels safe, supported and ready to learn. We also understand that, in the past, some parents have had concerns about behaviour. We want to reassure you that this continues to be a key priority for us and we regularly monitor behaviour across the school.

Following the information we shared in the spring term about our Behaviour Policy, we are pleased to report a very positive picture. We have seen a significant reduction in behaviour incidents and a noticeable decline in the number of children needing support through Reflection Haven.

This reflects the consistent approach taken by staff, the strong relationships we are building and the clear expectations we have in place for all children.

We were also very proud that during a recent visit from the local authority in the spring term, our school was described as calm and orderly throughout the day. This is a wonderful recognition of the improvements being made.

We will continue to build on this positive progress and thank you for your ongoing support in reinforcing our expectations with your children.
